I purchased this item as a gift for my boyfriend for Valentine’s day.When he received the watch, the minute hand was dangling and hanging loose and not moving as it should. It was a very embarrassing experience, as it was a gift, and now Amazon will not allow me to EXCHANGE this watch for a non-defective one because the item has increased in price. I would have to return and repurchase the watch, which not only caused me extreme embarrassment, but also will cost at least $50 more…
