Krysterna Crystals
Krysterna is proprietary to Stührling Original and refers to the crystals that are used in its timepieces. Krysterna stems from the eyewear industry and has more strength over a spread surface area than sapphire. Krysterna crystals are more scratch resistant than mineral crystals and more shatter resistant than sapphire crystals.
The Metropolis Family is part of the Classic Collection, timepieces with a distinct urban and modern design. This family includes some of Stuhrling Original’s boldest styles, each featuring a rectangular or square case with exquisite dial configurations and advanced automatic movements.

I bought this watch because it was a good price and fits my style. I received the watch, with it’s nice packaging, however the watch second hand and hour/minute hands would not work. The chrono feature of the watch worked just fine. I took it into a watch repair store here locally to see if maybe it was a weak battery or what not, however, they said the watch was toast. I understand you get what you pay for and such, but if you are buying a “new” product you would hope it actually works…
